<div style="padding-left: 30px"><div style="padding-left: 30px">Insidious Chapter 3 (Quỷ quyệt 3), không phải nói về các sự kiện tiếp theo, mà là lại là tiền truyện về những điều xảy ra trước vụ nhập hồn của gia đình Lambert. Nhân vật chính là cô gái trẻ Elise Rainier bỗng phát hiện ra khả năng liên lạc với người chết. Cô quyết định dùng năng lực này để giúp đỡ một cô gái khác đang bị các lực lượng siêu nhiên vây quanh ám hại. Insidious Chapter 3 sẽ không còn được chỉ đạo bởi James Wan, mà trao cho Leigh Whannell, nhà biên kịch thân thiết của Wan và là người từng tham gia vào tất cả các phần trước đó.
